Dr. Christopher A.
Bailey
Dr. Bailey received his
DVM degree from the University of California in 1976. He
practiced large and small animal medicine in California before
moving to Virginia in 1979. NBAH was established in 1981 by
Dr. Bailey and his wife Meg. In January 1991, we moved into
our current facility, which was designed by Dr. Bailey for total
patient care. Dr. Bailey and his wife, Meg have four horses, four
dogs: Ellie, Buster, Janie and Luke and Charlie (all SPCA rescues). They
also have four cats and one bird.

Dr. Kelly Fagan
Dr. Fagan grew up on a
small farm in rural North West Arkansas. She attended
undergraduate school at Washington University in St. Louis from
1987-1991 and attended Veterinary school at the University of
Missouri from 1991-1995. Dr. Fagan's special
interests include orthopedic surgery, soft tissue surgery and
ophthalmology. Her hobbies include hiking, gardening,
photography and graphic art. Dr. Fagan resides in Goldvein
with her husband and two dogs, Jake and Godiva.

Introducing Dr. Lynne F. Thibodeau Dr. Thibodeau is a native of Northern Virginia and a graduate of the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, where she placed in the top of her graduating class. Dr. Thibodeau has vast experience working as a relief and associate veterinarian, as well as holding a teaching position at Northern Virginia Community College. Dr Thibodeau and her family reside in Aldie Virginia, along with their dogs, cats and goldfish. |

Mrs. Meg Bailey, Practice Adminstrator Meg and her husband, Dr. Chris Bailey live in beautifully restored home in Broad Run Virginia, with their numerous dogs, cats, horses and one bird. All these and the ongoing foster dogs that come in and out of their lives and home until these foster's find their forever homes.

Karen , Practice Manager Karen and her husband Rick live in the beautiful area of Airlie with their wonderful animal family of dogs, cats and birds. Karen began her career at New Baltimore Animal Hospital in 1982, her expertise is vast as she coordinates our excellent staff and directs the day to day operations at the hospital. Karen is one of our strongest animal advocates. |

Sallie , Lead LVT and Patient
Services Director Sallie heads our patient care team. She has been with NBAH since 1994. Sallie graduated from Northern Virginia Community College as a Licensed Vet Tech. Sallie's knowledge and experience is well known and respected by our clients and staff alike. Sallie and her husband and son and dogs and cats reside in the Bealton area.

Michelle, LVT Michelle started working with NBAH in 1998, as an animal care assistant and client service representative when she decided to become a licensed vet tech, after graduation in 2005 she joined our staff as a LVT. Michelle shares her home with her husband Bill and their dog and cat family here in Warrenton. |

Erin, LVT Erin joined NBAH in 2006. She graduated from tech school in 2005, before coming to work at NBAH she worked at both small and large animal hospitals. Erin and her husband and multiple dogs and cats and horses reside in the Marshall area. |
