Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks.

In these challenging economic times, we want to provide the help you may need to take care of your pet's health care requirements by offering payment plans through Care Credit.  

As always payment is due at the time of service or discharge from the hospital.  However, you now have the option to pay with Care Credit utilizing several repayment plan options.  It's very easy and quick to either apply over the telephone at 1-800-365-8295 or online at www.carecredit.com.  Once approved, you can choose either 3 months with 0% interest or 24, 36, or 48 months at 11.9% interest.  

You can make payments and manage your account online.  We hope this partnership with Care Credit will be helpful to you should you need financial assistance with either planned or unexpected health expenses.
