I grew up in Attica, NY in a rural county with more cows than people. I attended SUNY Geneseo for my undergraduate degree, graduating with a B.S. in Biology. I have always loved animals but found my passion for veterinary medicine while pursuing my undergraduate degree. I then went to Cornell University in Ithaca NY for veterinary school. I met my boyfriend, Church, in vet school and followed him back to his home in Hume, VA. We currently have a DSH named Triscuit and a Maine coon named Lenny. I enjoy spending time with family, reading, and biking. I also enjoy winter sports like snowboarding and snowmobiling. My veterinary interests include soft tissue surgery and preventative care.
